Students Management
Here school admins can view and filter all registered and accepted students in the school/branch.
Add students:
- Go to “Guardians” at the left menu
- Click “Add Students”
- Fill form
- Click Submit
Import students:
- Go to “Students”
- Click “Import”
- Click “Download the template” to download an excel sheet template
- Fill in the downloaded file
- Click “Select the data file” and upload the filled in excel template
- Click “Submit”
View students’ full profile:
- Go to “Students”
- Click on a student’s row, you’ll be redirected to the student’s profile page
Edit students’ information:
- Go to “Students”
- Click on a student’s row, you’ll be redirected to the student’s profile page
- At “Information” section; click the pencil icon
- Edit then click “Submit”
Assign students to classes:
- Go to “Students”
- Click the three dots at the right of each student’s row
- Click “Assign to Class”
- Choose a class
OR
- Go to “Students”
- Click on a student’s row, you’ll be redirected to the student’s profile page
- Click “Assign to Class”
- Choose a class
Assign students to guardians:
- Go to “Students”
- Click the three dots at the right of each student’s row
- Click “Assign Guardian”
- Click on a guardian’s name
- “Relationship” popup will appear; choose a relation between the student and guardian from the dropdown menu
- Click “Assign”
Delete a student:
- Go to “Students”
- Click the three dots at the right of each student’s row
- Click “Delete”
- A pop-up confirmation warning will appear; click “Ok” to delete a student.
